도널드 트럼프 미대통령이 반 이민 행정명령을 발령, 잠재적 테러 위협 국가 소말리아, 수단, 이라크, 리비아, 시리아, 예멘, 이란 등 7개국 국민의 미국 비자발급 및 입국을 90일 간 금지했습니다. 7개국 국민이며 다른 나라 국적도 있는 이중국적자 역시 90일 간 미국 입국과 비자발급이 불허됩니다. 

이에 뉴욕 맨하탄 남쪽 배터리 파크에서는 수천명의 반이민 행정명령을 철회하라는 시위가 벌어졌습니다. 미국의 수도 워싱턴DC에서도 수천명이 참가한 시위가 열렸습니다.
